Nova 106.9 won’t replace Kip Wightman in 2022.

According to the Courier-Mail’s Confidential – Nova 106.9 afternoon presenter Chris “Buzz” Bezzina will be brought in as the new anchor for the breakfast show, which will continue to be hosted by Ash Bradnam, David “Luttsy” Lutteral and Susie O’Neill.

A Nova spokesman says: “Ash Bradnam, David Lutteral and Susie O’Neill will continue to entertain and support their listeners as Nova 106.9’s breakfast team in 2022.”

“Kip is not being replaced – Chris ‘Buzz’ Bezzina has joined the team as Show Anchor. The Brisbane audience already know Buzz as he has already been on presenting afternoons on Nova 106.9 over the past 12 months.”

With Bezzina focused on breakfast, Nova is recruiting for an afternoons announcer to fill his newly vacant spot.
