RCS Australia has a vacancy for the role of AirCheck Operations and Client Services. 

AirCheck is the leader in media monitoring in Australia and you will be working with radio stations and advertising agencies ensuring their users are maximising the benefits of our service to their company.

You will be required to manage all elements that create AirCheck as a product including operations, marketing and training. 

This is a terrific job for someone who is task oriented with a creative flair, has the ability to be self-motivated yet work within a team and wants to work in a great office environment with varied, interesting and challenging tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing AirCheck monitoring operations
  • Preparing client reports
  • User management and support
  • Online and On-site user training
  • Email & Social marketing

RCS is the world’s leading supplier of broadcast software, therefore an interest in IT and experience with computer software and skilled in Microsoft 365 will be a distinct advantage.

Knowledge of Photoshop or similar and social media will help your application as will any experience in the radio, music or advertising industries and RCS software products, but not essential.
