Allan Sheppard is the new Content Director for 4CA and Star 102.7 Cairns Allan previously worked as the Operation Manager for Hit 104.7 and Mix 106.3 in Canberra. He announced: “I’m swapping out my puffer jacket for a pair of shorts and Birks … I’ve been promoted within ARN to Content Director for Star 102.7 and 4CA.” He replaces Dave Williams.
