3BA FM 102.3 and 103.1 Power FM require a Brand Manager with passion and determination to lead our programme product team in one of Victoria’s largest cities – Ballarat. We want a leader who has the ability to see a vision of ‘what is possible’. The ideal candidate will view challenges as opportunities and consistently strive to win in managing our stations' brands.

We want to hear from you if you have prior or current radio program management experience, are self-motivated, creative, goal-oriented and an effective solution finder.

This position requires constant interaction with your GM, our product team of 9 people, plus promotions and sales departments. If you can lead a team, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a cluster of stations where live and local have strong meaning!
