Ideally, you would have a few years previous experience on air, preferably in a breakfast or drive position, but this is not necessary, as we are looking for the personality that fits. You would enjoy getting out and meeting people, both listeners and clients, working the phones, competitions, interviews and sound bites, understand the importance of pre-plan, and not be afraid of early starts or late finishes. Also a music, promotions or production background would also be advantageous.
Previous staff have gone on to many large markets including the Gold Coast and Capital City’s, so this could be your next step at radio domination.
