Station Manager - 4CA/Zinc (Cairns) - December 12 STATION MANAGER - CAIRNS 4CA 846 AM – ZINC 102.7 FM Prime Radio is looking for an experienced Radio Station Manager for our two stations in the beautiful Great Barrier Reef location of Cairns.  This role is central to the success of our network, and we’re after an experienced leader, to continue our current growth in this market. To get to the top of our list, you’ll need: • Radio management experience - preferably 3 years plus • To lead by example and be willing to roll up your sleeves in order to get the job done • To be a motivator, coach and trainer who can enhance the skills of our Cairns team • Strong financial skills and an understanding of how to balance the P & L • The desire to get out and about to develop a solid network • To be a great relationship builder This is not about spots and dots, we need someone who can identify opportunities and provide solutions to get the job done for our clients and our stations.
