Trainee Broadcast
Engineer - Sydney
This role provides Broadcast
Engineering & I.T support to Nova 96.9 & Vega 95.3 • Do
you want to pursue an exciting technical career where every day is

This position requires a dynamic,
keen and driven individual. In addition to working with a passionate
and talented Broadcasting and IT team, you’ll be part of an innovative and
ground breaking radio business where Engineering is core to our
success.
Listed below are some of the key
criteria we are looking for in a candidate: • You don’t need to
bring your own coffee cup, but you will need to demonstrate an active
interest in electronics and the desire to educate yourself further – it’s
okay.. we’ll pay! • Computer Savvy – apart from knowing Windows
well, you’ll be confident with computer hardware. And you’ll really
get off tinkering with computery bits and stuff. • Troubleshooting
skills – be able to fault find logically and have a knack to learn how
things work • An interest in audio and recording
systems • The desire to progress your career on to bigger and
brighter things • Knowledge of all 19 seasons of The Simpsons,
including Halloween specials • A current driver’s license will be
considered essential. • Oh, and it’d be kinda handy if you know a
bit about RF and transmitters too.
