Sales Coordinator (Hope Media Sydney) - Jan 27  

 

Sales Coordinator

We’re looking for an outstanding individual to join our team in a Sales Coordinator role. This rare opportunity is ideal for a self-starter with experience in admin, sales support and or marketing related areas.

 

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by performing an array of administrative duties. Duties include working independently to plan, coordinate and organise projects.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Assisting with client projects and proposals
  • Preparation of presentations and other documents
  • Following up on client matters as directed
  • Scheduling and coordinating internal meetings and seminars

·         Ability to work unsupervised and a self starter

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Proven organisation, computer and online skills

·         Administration experience

·         Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

·         Organising and management of sales events

·         Proven experience and competencies in CRM utilisation and reporting

·         Relationship management with internal and external persons and organisations

·         Consistent  managing/pursuing reports from sales team

·         And… a firm belief in the mission and values of Hope 103.2! 


Desirable but not essential criteria:

 

·         Relevant qualifications in Business and or Marketing

·         Media sales experience
