Sales and Marketing Manager

1WAY FM, Canberra’s only Christian radio station, is looking for an experienced seller/marketer to take our income to the next level and help us usher in the next period of our growth. This new full-time position will be fast-paced, and requires a dedicated person with a high degree of enthusiasm. They will be responsible for growing our income and support base to help us more effectively present the reality of Jesus Christ to Canberra and surrounding areas.

The successful applicant will identify, qualify and contact prospective new sponsorship clients, service existing clients, develop sponsorship packages appropriate for the Canberra market, and market our station to prospective subscribers, donors, members, churches and ministries. In due course, the Sales and Marketing Manager will also develop a team to work around them.
