The successful person will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience to ensure continued growth of these highly successful stations:

• Previous experience in radio station management/sales management is essential.
• Proven ability in financial, IT, and people management.
• Excellent customers service skills.
• Experience in marketing and promotions would be an advantage.
