RCS Customer Services – Traffic Support
A unique opportunity exists to join the RCS Australia Product Team. We are looking for a customer driven person to service our ever-increasing number of Aquira traffic clients. This full-time role will utilise your communication and customer service skills to effectively provide support for our clients.
RCS software is used by more than 14,500 radio stations, TV music channels, cable companies, satellite music networks and Internet stations worldwide. RCS is the world's largest broadcast software company.
If you have the enthusiasm to learn and have a desire to support our traffic clients, then you are the person we are looking for.
An interest in computer software/hardware along with previous experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Operating Systems will be an advantage.
The position is located in Sydney with some national travel.
