We're looking for a content director who loves broadcasting (you will need to present on-air from time to time), who has strong operational, talent coaching skills and is able to lead and inspire others and is keen to get involved in the community.
You will lead the station's creative team with the purpose of making great cross-media content. The Content Director provides program decision making, and manages day-to-day human, production and operational resources including program distribution between the South Coast & Southern Highlands stations. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Proven ability to create and evaluate contemporary cross-media content with an audience focus and commercial return.
Detailed understanding of the issues that affect the local audience.
Ability to lead, coach and mentor team in a way that inspires, motivates and equips them to make outstanding cross-media content
Co-ordinate effective use of people, resources and tasks to ensure efficient operation of station in a manner consistent with Grant Broadcasters goals and values
Thrives on challenge and copes with pressure in a time critical environment.
