What you’ll do…
Live, Breathe Geelong and the Surf coast!
Make sure K rock remains the number one choice for under 40’s in the rapidly growing Geelong and Surf coast region.
Work closely with Sales and Promotions to ensure tactically we are coming up with great ideas to generate listener engagement, sales and digital opportunities.
Lead by example; Inspire, motivate and coach our brilliant on-air team.
Have excellent presentation and administrative skills with a very high attention to detail.
What we would love…
An impressive history of previous senior experience leading a team and working with talent. (Min 4 years)
Ability to collaborate with our MD to craft a killer music log, with a very clear understanding of our under 40’s ‘Hit’ music format.
The odd survey win, ACRA’s and glowing endorsements from your peers is a very good look.
An ideas kind of person, creative, witty and available to jump in when needed.
Pull a regular on-air morning shift
An understanding of AFL Football would be a benefit, if you’re a Geelong supporter you’ll go straight through to the ‘live shows’!
